Data stored on your device
No account is required. Progress, settings, selected age group, coins, hints, undos, purchases made with in-game coins and ad reward confirmations are stored on your device. We do not receive these saves on a server. There is no cloud recovery, and Android backup is disabled for the game. Clearing the app's data deletes the save.
Age and advertising
The game is intended for a mixed audience. We do not ask for an exact date of birth. The advertising SDK does not run for players under 18 or those who do not specify an age group. Adults may choose to allow or disable ads in the game settings. The game remains playable if ads are declined.
Yandex Mobile Ads
After an adult allows ads, the Yandex SDK processes technical information to load and display ads, measure impressions and prevent abuse. This may include IP address, device and operating system characteristics, app and network information, and interactions with ads. Personalized ad selection is disabled and the Android advertising ID permission is removed. The game does not request precise location, contacts, camera or microphone access. Non-personalized ads still involve processing technical data. Yandex's retention and international transfer practices are described in its privacy policy.
Rewards and choice
The basic reward for a level does not depend on ads. Coins can be spent on help and hotel decoration. The first 30 levels have no ads or ad reward offers. From level 31, an optional completed ad may grant extra coins after confirmation by the SDK. If ads are enabled, short interstitial ads may appear at breaks between levels or on a restart after sufficient active play; a recent optional ad delays an interstitial. You can change your choice under Advertising and privacy in the game settings. Revoking permission stops new ad requests but does not delete records already received by Yandex.
Retention and requests
Local data remains until you clear the app's data or uninstall it. Yandex determines retention of its ad records. If you contact support, we receive your email address and message to respond and meet applicable obligations. You can request deletion of the correspondence from the same email address. Do not send passwords or identity documents.
This website and changes
These pages do not use cookies or analytics. The web server and proxy may process your IP address and technical request information to deliver and protect the site and diagnose problems. If data processing changes materially, we will update this policy and, if needed, ask for an advertising choice again.
Delete your data
To delete local progress, in-game purchases and settings, open Android Settings → Apps → Purrtello → Storage → Clear data. This cannot be undone because there is no cloud save. There is no separate player account to delete.
To request deletion of support correspondence, email privacy@blankcomet.ru from the same address used for the original message. Tell us which information you want removed; do not send passwords or identity documents. Yandex holds ad records under its own privacy policy. You may use its privacy request channels or contact us for help finding the appropriate channel. Turning off ads does not by itself erase records the ad network received earlier.
