This applies to Jellivolt, Luma: Arrows and Triolika by Blank Comet. No player account is needed.
- To delete local progress and settings, open Android Settings, select the game under Apps, then Storage and Clear data. This is permanent; we cannot recover a local save.
- For support correspondence or help with a privacy request, email undefined.spb@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my game data”. Include the game name and describe which information you want deleted. If asking about earlier support messages, write from the same email address. Do not send passwords or identity documents.
- Advertising records are held by Yandex, not in a player database controlled by us. Use the privacy request channels in the Yandex privacy policy, or email us for help finding the relevant channel. Revoking ad permission or resetting an advertising ID does not itself delete records already received by the network.
Local game data stays on your device until you clear it or uninstall. Support messages are retained only as needed to handle enquiries and applicable obligations; a deletion request covers your email address and correspondence, except records that must be retained under applicable requirements. We will explain any such exception in our response. Yandex determines retention and deletion of its advertising records under its policy. There is no automatic 90-day deletion promise.
